The North Star baseball philosophy is predicated on hard work, dedication, accountability and commitment both on and off the field.

One of our goals, as a coaching staff, is to develop successful baseball players who play the game properly and are devoted to achieving well defined team goals. But more importantly we hope to inspire and motivate our student athletes to accept the responsibility of becoming a positive role model in the community and represent St Charles North High School in a first class way.
